Secure Vehicle Storage
Our secured indoor facility shields evidence vehicles from hail, snow, ice, rain, UV exposure, and extreme weather, all of which can alter or destroy physical evidence. Indoor storage also prevents unauthorized access and environmental contamination. Maximum indoor height clearance is 10'.

Chain of Custody Documentation
We produce complete chain of custody documentation from the moment a vehicle enters our facility.

Inspection Bay Access
Dedicated inspection area equipped for forensic engineers, accident reconstruction specialists, and vehicle experts. Our facility includes a two post hydraulic lift for full undercarriage and 360 degree access. Vehicle lift use is charged per inspection. All individuals accessing a vehicle must sign in. Inspections are conducted in 8 hour periods. Video evidence recording of inspection sessions is available upon request.

Video Evidence Recording
Video recording of inspection sessions is available upon request. Video files are timestamped, logged in the chain of custody record, and preserved for use in litigation.
Two Post Lift and 360 Degree Access
Our inspection area includes a two post hydraulic lift capable of raising vehicles for full undercarriage inspection. Experts can examine the vehicle from any angle, including underneath, overhead, and all sides. Vehicle lift use is charged per inspection. All inspecting parties must sign in prior to accessing the vehicle.
Large and Commercial Vehicle Storage
For oversized vehicles that exceed our 10' indoor clearance, such as tractor trailers, buses, and heavy commercial equipment, our 1.5-acre secured, fenced outdoor lot provides an outdoor only storage option. Call us to discuss availability and arrangements for large vehicle storage.
Inspection Appointments
Call us to schedule an inspection appointment. We'll confirm an available time and ensure a staff escort is ready. Each party requesting access to the vehicle must schedule their own appointment separately.
Written Condition Reports
Our staff produces written condition reports at intake and, if requested, at scheduled intervals during storage. These reports document any changes over time.
Controlled Release Procedures
Release of vehicles is conducted following strict protocols with documented authorization verification, ensuring the chain of custody is preserved through discharge.
24/7 Monitored Security
The facility perimeter is secured by an electric fence, a significant physical deterrent against unauthorized access. Combined with around the clock CCTV monitoring and alarm systems, the facility maintains continuous protection. Security footage is retained and available to authorized parties.
