    Security Features

    Controlled Facility Access

    The outdoor lot is accessed via keypad entry. Indoor storage areas are accessed only with a Premier VES employee escort; no unaccompanied access is permitted.

    Multi Layer CCTV

    70+ high resolution cameras cover all storage areas, access points, inspection bays, and the exterior perimeter with continuous 90 day recording.

    Perimeter Security

    An electric fence surrounds the entire property. Gated access, motion activated lighting, and a monitored alarm system provide additional layers of protection around the clock.

    Weather Protection

    Vehicles are stored indoors, fully protected from hail, snow, ice, rain, and extreme weather events. Outdoor exposure, especially hail and moisture, can alter or destroy physical evidence. Indoor storage eliminates that risk.

    No UV Exposure

    Indoor storage shields vehicles from direct sunlight and UV exposure that can fade paint, degrade plastics, and alter interior materials, all of which could complicate forensic analysis.

    Fire Suppression

    Full facility fire detection and suppression systems meet or exceed local fire code requirements for vehicle storage facilities.
