Secure Vehicle Storage
Secure indoor storage for most passenger vehicles, trucks, and vans (up to 10' height). Your evidence stays protected from hail, snow, rain, UV exposure, and unauthorized access.
Chain of Custody Documentation
Meticulous intake documentation and a complete chain of custody log.
Inspection and Video Recording
Dedicated inspection area with a two post hydraulic lift for full undercarriage and 360 degree access. Video evidence recording of inspection sessions is available upon request.
Large Vehicle Capability
Our 1.5 acre secured, fenced outdoor lot accommodates oversized vehicles including tractor trailers, buses, and commercial equipment that exceed our indoor height clearance of 10'. Outdoor storage only.
Controlled Access
Outdoor lot secured by keypad entry; indoor areas accessible only with a Premier VES employee escort. CCTV coverage and a full visitor log are maintained for every entry and exit.
Inspection Scheduling
Call ahead to book an inspection appointment. We'll confirm an available time and ensure a staff escort is on hand. Each visiting party schedules their own appointment. Last minute scheduling upon request. No fees for last minute appointments when available.
